For Francine, it really felt like magic when she first walked into The Preserve at Clearwater. “I knew instantly I wanted to work here,” she says. “The residents not only stopped and welcomed me, they shared why they love living here.” The picturesque setting didn’t hurt either, from the beauty of the building, to the breathtaking view of the back patio with the relaxing pond and preserves. “I felt the magic instantly. And my job is so enjoyable.”

Finding joy in helping others, Francine chose nursing as her career. And now as Community Wellness Director, she can continue to do what she loves. Francine has two daughters and a son, and a fiancé. “They are my world and my heart,” she says.
