Stephanie has worked with children and adults of all ages and ability levels since college, including those with physical and intellectual disabilities such as Spina Bifida and Cerebral Palsy. It was when she began working with older adults that she knew she had found what she was meant to do. Her decade in senior living includes experience in skilled nursing, inpatient therapy, personal care, assisted living and memory care.

With such a love for helping others, it’s no surprise the core value of compassion means a great deal to Stephanie—something she thinks about every day as she interacts with residents, families and fellow employees. “I love being able to build friendships with my residents, getting to know about their lives, families and hobbies, while creating a fun environment for them at The Preserve.” Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy from Slippery Rock University.

A big fan of Disney, she’s been to parks all over the world. She also enjoys doing makeup for weddings and events, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending some quiet time with Crooks, her feline friend. And for sure, going to the beach.

Favorite food? Ice cream. Perfect vacation: An African safari.
